Wire Manufacturing :

OCTACAB has the facility to do the complete wire drawing for copper rod as well as aluminium rod. The machineries allow to draw the copper rod from 8.0 mm to reduce it up to 0.100 mm using the rod breakdown machines, intermediate wire drawing machines and fine wire drawing machines. For aluminium, we can reduce the rod of diameter 9.5 mm to as thin as 0.70 mm diameter.

Also we have in-house annealing facilities that include heating ovens and online annealing cum tinning machines for copper. The annealing machines are used to remove the rigid nature of the conductor and produce the flexible conductor.
